Nippon Professional Baseball supports Women’s National Team

Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) held its executive committee meeting in Tokyo on January 24th and decided to grant 6 million Japanese yen to the Japan Women's Baseball Association to help reinforce team Japan that is aiming for their 3rd straight world championship at the upcoming 2012 IBAF Women's Baseball World Cup to be held in August in Edmonton, Canada.
