12U National Team Roster Announced

8th Asian Baseball Championship in Manila August 27 – 31

Toshihisa Nishi (42), Manager and former star player of Tokyo Yomiuri Giants and Yokohama DeNA BayStars, announced the final roster of 15 players on August 18. They included 6 players selected from video on the internet, in addition to the nominees by the Japan Rubber Baseball Association. Team Japan will assemble in Tokyo on August 23, practice and leave for Philippines on August 26 to compete with 5 other teams from Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines and Singapore.
