Girls revenge a defeat of boys on High School Baseball

On the following day when Riseisha High School missed to win the final game of 89th national high school invitational championship at Koshien Stadium, their girls’ team crowned with victory at the 18th national high school girls’ invitational championship in Kazo, Saitama against reigning champion Saitama Sakae 1-0 on Sunday, April 2, 2017rnIt was the first victory of Riseisha High’s girls team which was founded three years ago. The tournament was played by 23 teams from 15 prefectures. Captain Harue Yoshimura who got a game-winning hit on 3rd inning commented holding the pennant that people might begin to know Riseisha has a strong girls’ side as well
